Hi! We are Rob & Sam Young and we would love to teach your kids music!
Hi! We're the Youngs! We made Prodigies to help families and teachers make music accessible, colorful & fun.
We're both teachers — Rob teaches preschool music and Sam teaches high-school English — and we've been working together to write lesson plans and make colorful music curriculum for kids since 2014.
These days we're also parents to two hilarious little girls, Lillian and Louisa and loving life as parents, teachers and creators here at Prodigies.

Your kids will experience the musical notes by singing with Solfege (Do Re Mi), Scale Degrees (1 2 3), Letter Names (C D E) and the colors (Red Orange Yellow).
Students will experience both Fixed Do Solfege and Movable Do Solfege, and we provide alternate paths for teachers stressing Movable Do in the classroom.
