While many folks think of us as a Deskbell company, Prodigies is, at it’s core, a digital music curriculum for kids.
While we LOVE the Deskbells, AND we strongly any young child with an interest in music to learn music with the deskbells, we don’t actually make any profit on the selling of deskbells.
In fact, we very often LOSE money when we sell Deskbells. Between manufacturing costs, shipping costs, labor and storage costs, our generous return policy, and the need to advertise our products to actually sell them, the narrow on individual bell sets has grown EXTREMELY thin. In fact, very often we are losing money when we sell a set of bells.
On the flip side, we make our money and keep ourselves in business when we sell digital memberships and curriculum kits.
