10 Epic NEW Reasons to Sign Up for Prodigies this July

10 Epic NEW Reasons to Sign Up for Prodigies this July

Prodigies Team

It's July, which means bells are here, school budgets are resetting, and we're excited to sahre 10 Reasons to Join Prodigies this month!

1. NEW Hosts are Joining Mr. Rob

We're bringing NEW HOSTS to Prodigies Music Lessons.

Don't worry - my days as Mr. Rob are FAR from over, but we are expanding the cast to include more diverse voices, new music teachers and fresh energy.

This June, we filmed over a dozen new lessons with Ms. Andrea (a Spanish teacher from Ecuador with an AMAZING singing voice) and Mr. Chris (a guitar teacher with tons of hilarious SoCal energy).

You’ll start seeing these episodes drop throughout September and October, and we’re excited to share what we’ve been working on behind the scenes.

2. MASSIVE Improvements to Sheet Music & Resources

This spring, we upgraded all of our sheet music PDFs into static videos that you can access right in app.

Now you can throw them up on an Apple TV, Samsung screen, or smartboard for easy, high-impact visuals—perfect for front-of-class instruction or living room jam sessions with the fam.

And of course, the PDF downloads are still available and are easier to find than ever so you can have more fun than ever with our unique bold, colorful and fun to read sheet music.

3. Deskbells are In Stock and Shipping Fast

Deskbells are finally BACK in our warehouse, and we’re all caught up on backorders!

That means bells, books, and curriculum kits are shipping quickly—perfect timing if you're looking for some indoor music fun to beat the epic July heat.

The crazy part is that we'll most likely be sold out of individual sets of C Major Bells by August!

We'll still have C Major Bells available in Starter Kits and Ultimate Kits, but individual, non-kit bells are going to be gone QUICK.

4. NEW and Improved User Experience

We’ve been hard at work making Prodigies easier to use than ever.

We recently split the program into 3 clear areas - Foundations, Expansions and PK-5.

Foundations contains all the core C Major curriculum inside Level 1 of Prodigies Music.

Expansions continues the journey with more difficult lessons and other instruments like Recorder and Ukulele.

Then in PK-5, you'll find standards-aligned course progressions and PDFs for classrooms working on a 36 week school year.

On top of that, it’s way easier to log in, navigate, and find the resources you’re looking for.

These improvements have been rolling out all year long, and we’re making even more epic changes this summer to help families and teachers get the most out of our platform.

5. Special Deals Ending July 7th and July 31st

Right now, we’ve got huge discounts on all three of our Lifetime Memberships—but only until July 7th.

Use the code JULY to save 10% all month long.

After the July 4th rush, we’re shifting into Christmas in July mode, with limited-time discounts on deskbells and kits running through July 31st.

Stock is limited—don’t miss out!

6. NEW More Affordable Entry Point with Prodigies Foundations

For casual users, we now offer a more affordable Foundations Lifetime Membership.
It gives you access to everything you need to get started without overwhelming you with too many options. It’s streamlined, simple, and still packed with value.

Once you're done with Foundations (or if you're looking for more difficult content from the jump) add on Prodigies Expansions to unlock the next level.

7. Introducing the NEW PK-5 Membership

For our power users—especially PK-5 schools (and serious homeschoolers) —we’re introducing the PK–5 Membership.

This tier unlocks EVERY SINGLE VIDEO across the platform, plus organized, standards-aligned sequences, tailored PDFs, and skill progressions for Grades PK through 5. It’s our biggest and most comprehensive curriculum offering yet.

The biggest change is that the in PK-5, we outline the program specifically for different grades operating on a 36 week school year.

This means new lesson plans and new grade specific workbooks (which are available to download in the PK-5 plan).

On top of that, we're adding classroom activities and static sheet music videos right into the progression to help teachers fill tons of class time with powerful and fun visuals.

8. Because Mr. Rob's Kids Want to go to Disneyland

Baby Lil (above right ... who is definitely not a baby anymore) recently made a hilarious Instagram video asking folks to buy bells so she can go to Disneyland.

And while that might sound silly, it’s a pretty accurate look at how our small business operates: after a busy summer of shipping bells and making curriculum, we'll be ready and able to do our first trip to Disneyland!

If you've got any Disneyland tips? Send ’em our way.

9. You're Supporting a Small Family Business

Prodigies is not some faceless corporation - it’s a family-run business, built from the ground up by me (Mr. Rob), my brother (who answers the phones), my mother-in-law (who ships the bells), and an amazing team of friends and educators.

Yes, I’m the guy in the videos and the one animating them and the one making the PDFs and I'm not too bad shipping bells rapid fire.

Thankfully, we DO have an incredible content team (shoutout to Chris, Andrea, and Michael) helping make the content even more wonderful ever year.

Point being, your support doesn’t go to shareholders. It goes to Costco runs for the family, preschool tuition bills, and of course, diapers for Baby Bobby.

10. Celebrating 10 Years of Prodigies

This August marks 10 years since we first launched Prodigies as a curriculum platform.

What started as a handful of lessons has now grown into a library of over 1,000 videos, used by more than 10,000 families and classrooms.

We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come—and deeply thankful to everyone who’s been part of this journey.

So there you have it—10 epic reasons to enroll in Prodigies this summer.

Use code JULY to save 10% and don’t miss our July 4th deals ending this Monday at Prodigies.com.
