Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Prodigies with your family or classroom. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

In fact, most Prodigies families stick around for years - our return rate is about 1%, far below the industry average.

Below are the guidelines for returns and refunds.


60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Lifetime Memberships & Kits)

Our Lifetime Memberships, Ultimate Kits, and related bundles include a 60-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee.

That means you can try Prodigies with your family or classroom for two full months. If it’s not the right fit, simply contact us within 60 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund.

This applies to:

  • Prodigies Lifetime Memberships

  • Lifetime payment plans

  • Ultimate Kits and bundles that include Lifetime access

  • Other related Prodigies kits purchased with Lifetime

The 60-day window begins on the original purchase date.


Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

After 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.


Physical Products

Physical products such as deskbells and kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if they are:

  • In new and resalable condition

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.


Digital Products

Because digital files cannot be returned, digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

This includes:

  • Songbook PDFs

  • Sheet music downloads

  • Other downloadable resources

If you experience any issue accessing a file, our support team is happy to help.


Deskbells Warranty

Prodigies deskbells include a two-year warranty.

Our warranty includes a three-bell replacement policy for damaged bells. A small shipping fee may apply for replacements within the contiguous United States.

For additional replacement needs or warranty questions, please contact support.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different product, the fastest option is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as required by EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must still be unused and in original packaging.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.


Price Adjustments

If you purchase a product and it goes on sale within 30 days, we’re happy to honor a price match upon request.
