Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States, along with 30-day returns. Please note that purchase orders are subject to shipping fees and do not qualify for free shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, we will promptly replace the item. To request a replacement, please forward your order confirmation to our support team and provide detailed information about the condition of the delivery.

International Orders
Shipping fees apply to all international orders and will vary based on the items purchased and the shipping destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees.

Please note:

• We cannot guarantee how international carriers will handle packages. Customs fees, tax, duty vary by country. 
• If an international order is refused at delivery and successfully returned to Prodigies, only the value of the items will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• For deskbells covered by warranty, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of replacement items.
