These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services operated by Young Music LLC, including Prodigies.com, related applications, digital courses, physical products, and any associated services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Young Music LLC provides music education tools designed for families, teachers, schools, and students. Some features may involve children using the platform under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or educator.


1. Eligibility and Responsible Use

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or make purchases through the Services.

Children may access certain content only under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or teacher who has created the account.

If you are a parent, guardian, school, or educator allowing a child to access the Services, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for supervising the child’s use of the Services

  • You consent to the child accessing educational content through your account

  • You will ensure that the child uses the Services in a safe and appropriate manner

Young Music LLC does not knowingly allow children to create independent accounts without parental or school authorization, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).


2. Educational Use and Student Privacy

Prodigies is designed to support music education for families, teachers, and classrooms.

When the Services are used in a school or educational setting, the school or teacher is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with applicable student privacy laws including, where applicable:

  • FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)

  • COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)

  • applicable state student data privacy laws

Young Music LLC does not require students to provide personal information directly to access core educational content. Accounts are generally created and managed by parents, guardians, or educators.

3. Student Data Protection

Young Music LLC is committed to protecting student privacy.

4. School and Classroom Licensing

Certain products and services offered by Young Music LLC may be used by teachers, schools, or educational organizations.

When a school or educator purchases or uses the Services:

  • The educator or school is responsible for managing student access to the platform

  • The educator or school is responsible for obtaining any necessary parental permissions required by their district or jurisdiction

  • The Services are licensed for educational use only and may not be redistributed outside the licensed classroom, school, or household environment

Young Music LLC may offer school, classroom, or district licensing options with additional terms or agreements where appropriate.


5. Acceptable Classroom and Educational Use

The Services are intended to support positive educational environments for children.

Users agree not to:

  • Upload or share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or personal information

  • Use the Services for activities unrelated to education or family use

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform’s operation

Teachers and parents are responsible for supervising children using the Services and ensuring use remains appropriate and safe.


6. Use License

Permission is granted to access the materials on Young Music LLC’s website and services for personal, family, or classroom educational use.

This license is granted, not sold, and does not transfer ownership of the materials.

Under this license you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute curriculum materials without permission

  • Use materials for resale or commercial distribution

  • Publicly host or mirror videos or curriculum outside the Services

  • Attempt to reverse engineer software, tools, or educational applications

  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices

  • Share login credentials beyond reasonable household or classroom use

Violating these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of access.


7. Accounts and Access

Certain Services require an account, which may be provided through platforms such as Shopify, Uscreen, or other service providers used to operate Prodigies.

You agree that:

  • Your account information will be accurate and current

  • You will keep login credentials secure

  • You are responsible for activity occurring under your account

Young Music LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


8. Payments and Refunds

Payments for digital memberships, subscriptions, courses, and physical products are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

  • Uscreen

  • payment processors

  • video hosting services

Young Music LLC is not responsible for the policies or practices of these third-party services.
