PRODIGIES VS

Quaver Music

When compared to Quaver Music, Prodigies is way more focused on learning the language of music, music theory and playing your first instrument(s).

We've heard from Quaver teachers who emphasize how Prodigies is easier to use, more colorful and more performance focused.

If your school is already using Quaver as it's core music curriculum, Prodigies is an amazing supplement to use during the practical or performance block of your arts and music programs.

Finally, Prodigies is substantially more affordable than Quaver Music while being, on the whole, quicker to implement and funner for kids.

PRODIGIES VS

MUSICPLAY ONLINE

MusicPlay Online is a MASSIVE database of music education songs and resources. These are great for music educators and contain more standard reptoire and pieces than Prodigies.

That said, where MusicPlay focuses on volumes of standard notation (black and white sheet music), the sheet music, video progressions and resources inside Prodigies are more colorful, modern and more child friendly.

A child reading music from MusicPlay Online really needs to already know the basics of the treble clef to get started. Inside Prodigies, our hand-drawn and bold notation paired with color coded instruments and materials means that ANYONE, from a parent, to an art teacher, to an enthusiastic kindergarten with ADHD, can quickly and happily make music with Prodigies.
